• Oakwood Veneer Company is hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our Troy, Michigan warehouse team. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM position with consistent daytime hours, paid training, benefits, a weekly attendance bonus, and overtime opportunities.
• This role focuses on pulling, picking, packing, and preparing customer orders. We are looking for someone who works carefully, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in accuracy and getting orders ready correctly.

Responsibilities

• Pull and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently. Verify products and quantities, prepare orders for shipment, handle materials safely, and maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow instructions, meet daily expectations, and work cooperatively with the warehouse team.

Requirements

• Warehouse, order picking, packing, shipping, or material-handling experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, a good eye for accuracy, and the ability to identify product differences.
• Dependable attendance and a commitment to safe, careful work.
• Ability to lift 60–70 lbs. and remain active throughout the workday.
