• Newsweek is seeking an experienced Account Executive, with a focus on Healthcare and B2B solutions to drive direct advertising and sponsorship revenue within the healthcare ecosystem. This role will focus on selling integrated marketing solutions, including webinars, newsletters, custom content, lead generation programs, sponsorships, and digital advertising opportunities to healthcare providers, hospital systems, health technology companies, pharmaceutical organizations, healthcare consultancies, and related B2B brands.
• The ideal candidate is a consultative seller with 5–8 years of experience developing and closing complex partnerships. They should have a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and experience managing B2B driven sales processes while building long-term client relationships.
• This role requires a strong understanding of B2B marketing and demand generation, with the ability to position Newsweek's solutions as drivers of measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable selling performance-oriented programs designed to generate qualified leads, accelerate pipeline, support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, and influence revenue growth for clients.

• Generate new business revenue through proactive prospecting and relationship development within the healthcare and hospital sectors.

• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
• Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead qualifications, pipeline development, and revenue attribution.
• Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, marketing challenges, and competitive developments.

Requirements

• Required
• 5–8 years of digital media, marketing solutions, and B2B advertising sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
• Experience selling sponsorships, webinars, newsletters, content marketing, or integrated media solutions.
• Strong experience managing RFP processes and complex sales cycles.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong organizational and pipeline management capabilities.
• Existing relationships within healthcare systems, hospitals, healthcare technology companies, health services organizations, and healthcare agencies.
• Experience selling to client-direct, including CMOs, Marketing VPs, Communications leaders, and healthcare executives.
• Familiarity with audience-driven and first-party data marketing solutions.
• Experience selling thought leadership, lead generation, and content-driven programs.
