- As the local point of contact for our drone delivery partnership, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations on the ground. While you won't be flying drones, your responsibilities will include coordinating daily activities, receiving supplies, and providing feedback to improve our processes. This role requires a reliable vehicle to travel between merchant locations and the drone site.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison with Manna's on-site team in Tulsa.
- Report weekly on operational updates and changes.
- Receive and manage DoorDash-related supplies.
- Distribute marketing materials to Manna for in-market use.
- Transport food orders using your personal vehicle.
- Shadow runners to identify process improvements.
- Place test orders and document any issues.
- Maintain safety protocols and organized workflows.
- Collaborate with DoorDash and Manna teams to reinforce a strong operational culture.
