Job description
- Location: Hybrid, Pittsburgh - 3 days on-site / 2 remote
- Job Type: Full Time / Permanent
- Work Authorization: No C2C or Sponsorship
- The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for an AP Specialist. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of high-volume AP experience including working with vendors to resolve invoice issues.
Responsibilities
- Maintain vendor files including 1099 maintenance
- Research vendor statements
- Review and process AP checks ensuring accuracy
- Provide outstanding customer service to vendors
- Print checks as needed and prepare checks for mailing
- Monitor the AP phone line and inbox, responding to requests in a timely manner
- Review, process, and sort incoming physical and electronic mail (for the AP department)
Requirements
- Associate's degree is a plus - equivalent experience may be substituted
- 3+ years AP experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high quality of work, void of errors
- Knowledge of AP software systems
