Job description

• The Front Desk is the face of the club. You are the first and last impression for every member and guest.
• This is a fast-paced, high-energy role where you will manage check-ins, answer phones, support members, and actively promote memberships, personal training, and retail products.
• This role requires working a mix of early morning, evening, and weekend shifts. You will also be expected to confidently recommend and sell memberships, smoothies, and supplements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in members and guests with energy and professionalism
• Answer phones and assist with questions, billing, and account updates
• Sell memberships, personal training, smoothies, and DotFIT supplements
• Give tours and convert guests into members
• Handle multiple priorities at once in a fast-paced environment
• Keep the front desk clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Support daily club operations and communication with the team
• You are expected to take ownership of the front desk and create a great experience every shift.

Requirements

• Reliable and shows up on time every shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Confident communicating with members and asking for the sale
• Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented
• Available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
