• Here at North Sky, we are looking for an organized and proactive Project Manager to lead projects from initial kickoff through final delivery. In this role, you will define project scopes, build detailed execution plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Direct and manage project execution end-to-end, defining clear deliverables, milestones, and success metrics.
• Planning & Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures, resource plans, and project documentation.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary point of contact for internal team members, external clients, and leadership regarding progress, changes, and updates.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; develop effective mitigation and contingency plans.
• Scope & Budget Control: Track project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to prevent cost overruns and manage scope creep.
• Process Improvement: Conduct post-project evaluations to capture key learnings and continuously refine internal project management processes.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of professional project management experience overseeing projects from inception to completion in Telecom, Construction or Utilities.
• Methodologies: Hands-on experience with project management frameworks (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid).
• Software Tools: Proficiency with standard PM software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com, or Smartsheet).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to present updates clearly to diverse audiences.
• Certifications (Preferred): PMP, CAPM, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus.

• The wage range for Project Manager is $85,000.00 - $105,000.00.
