- Manage live customer communication channels including phone, chat, and email to deliver an exceptional brand experience.
- Identify, qualify, and convert inbound leads into orders while actively creating accurate quotes.
- Execute targeted outbound follow-up activities via phone and email to nurture prospective buyers.
- Utilize the phone as your primary daily tool to guide customers seamlessly through their buying journey.
- Maintain flexibility to work Saturdays and adapt to the needs of a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
