Responsibilities
- • Deliver concierge-level customer service through in-office and phone interactions
- • Guide clients through coverage reviews, policy changes, and claims support
- • Identify coverage gaps and proactively recommend tailored solutions
- • Present and close personal lines policies including Auto, Home, and Renters
- • Maintain compliance, documentation, and accurate records within agency systems
- • Contribute to a team culture built on accountability, performance, and integrity
Requirements
- • Active NY Property & Casualty License
- • Strong communicator who builds trust naturally
- • Sales-driven mindset with a service-first approach
- • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a structured office environment
- • Spanish speaking is a plus
