• We are looking for an experienced licensed and motivated Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our Allstate agency team! • Hourly Base Pay + Commission | Average Total Compensation: $40K–$60K+ annually
• As a licensed sales professional, you'll learn the business inside and out. You'll help grow an Allstate agency and build relationships in your community.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong client relationships
• Handle policy changes, billing inquiries, and customer account updates
• Process Evidence of Insurance and policy documents
• Assist with cross-selling opportunities and referrals for additional products
• Meet individual and agency performance goals
• Identify opportunities for financial services and refer to appropriate team members

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license (required)
• Minimum 1 year of Allstate customer service experience (required)
• Prior insurance experience required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Coachable, dependable, and results-driven
• Positive and professional attitude
