• Have you built strong Accounts Payable expertise and are now looking to take ownership of the function within a fast-growing global diagnostics and MedTech business?
• Role: Accounts Payable Lead
• Location: Camberwell, VIC (Head Office), Full-time - 4 days in office, 1 day WFH
• As our Accounts Payable Lead, you'll drive CardioScan's full procure-to-pay cycle across multiple entities and jurisdictions. You'll strengthen controls, cash flow and vendor relationships while playing a key part in month-end close, reporting and process improvement — all in a fast-paced environment where the finance function is scaling right alongside the business.

• Drive CardioScan's full procure-to-pay cycle across multiple entities and jurisdictions

Requirements

• Years of experience matter less than how you operate. You're someone who:
• Has 5+ years' experience in Accounts Payable, including demonstrated experience leading or supervising a team
• Brings a strong understanding of the full procure-to-pay cycle, GL reconciliation and internal controls — not just transactional AP processing
• Is hands-on with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar) and comfortable working across multi-entity, multinational environments
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing competing priorities with a calm, proactive approach
• Communicates confidently with stakeholders across all levels of the business, cross-culturally and under pressure
