Responsibilities

• Work internet leads, and referrals to quote and close new personal lines business (auto, home, umbrella)
• Cross-sell existing clients into additional lines, including life and financial products
• Make outbound calls daily to warm and cold prospects
• Run full quotes in Allstate systems, present coverage options, and close the sale
• Follow up on open quotes and unsold leads with consistent, organized pipeline management
• Build relationships in the local community that turn into referral sources
• Hit weekly and monthly activity and production targets

Requirements

• PA Property & Casualty license preferred. Not licensed? If you have the sales background and the drive, you can work with our licensed reps to close deals.
• Sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, call center, B2B, or anything where you carried a number)
• Comfortable on the phone and not afraid of volume
• Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated
• Organized enough to manage a pipeline without being chased
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Life & Health license a plus
