• Canopy Lawn Care | Part-Time | $16/hr Base + Uncapped Incentives

• Canopy Lawn Care is building a high-energy Field Sales & Marketing Team that will take our growth directly into the neighborhoods we serve.
• You'll spend your shifts walking neighborhoods, knocking on doors, talking with homeowners, generating leads, and helping homeowners get on the path to a healthier and greener lawn. You'll be trained on our proven process and coached every week to help you get better.
• No prior sales experience required.
• What we care about is your attitude, consistency, communication skills, and willingness to work the process.
• The biggest predictor of success in this role isn't previous sales experience. It's consistency. We need people who will show up, work their shift, follow the process, and do the work - even when every homeowner doesn't answer the door.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Canopy Lawn Care brand in local communities
• Connect and Communicate with homeowners
• Build rapport and identify customer opportunities
• Generate qualified leads for Canopy Lawn Care
• Present our lawn-care program to qualified homeowners
• Close recurring lawn-care customers when the opportunity is there
• Follow a proven sales and marketing process
• Track your activity and results
• Work toward daily and weekly performance goals
• Participate in team competitions, challenges, and incentives
• Build your skill set through coaching and continuous improvement

Requirements
