Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of fresh floral orders for shipment. This position supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, picking, packing, and staging products while maintaining efficiency, safety, and product quality in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• • Receive incoming product and replenish warehouse inventory to support order fulfillment
• • Pick customer orders using RF scanners or paper pick tickets with a high level of accuracy
• • Pack floral orders carefully to ensure product quality and readiness for shipment
• • Select cases of flowers in a refrigerated box pick cooler using warehouse equipment (training provided)
• • Stage completed orders by stacking boxes, shrink wrapping, and preparing pallets for outbound shipping
• • Move and handle freight safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
• • Read and verify product labels, tickets, and documentation to ensure order accuracy
• • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting productivity expectations

Requirements

• • Prior warehouse, distribution, or order fulfillment experience preferred, but not required
• • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• • Ability to accurately read product labels, order tickets, and shipping documentation
• • Strong work ethic and reliability with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• • Willingness to learn new equipment and warehouse processes through on-the-job training
