Responsibilities
- • Help clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage support
- • Provide excellent customer service and relationship building
- • Assist clients with insurance needs including auto, home, renters, and more
- • Support retention and overall client satisfaction
- • Work closely with a growing and supportive team environment
Requirements
- • Strong customer service and communication skills
- • Comfortable talking on the phone and building rapport with clients
- • Good computer and multitasking skills
- • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

- • Insurance experience is a plus but not required
- Candidates should already hold a Property & Casualty Insurance License OR be willing to obtain their license prior to their first day in the position.
