Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and emails
• Help with policy changes, billing questions, and account updates
• Follow up with customers to ensure requests are completed
• Keep clear notes on each customer interaction
• Recommend additional policies when appropriate
• Provide life insurance referrals

Requirements

• Strong customer service & communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Comfortable learning computer systems
• Insurance experience a plus (not required)
• Spanish-speaking a plus
