Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, helpful support to current customers
• Answer questions, process policy changes, and follow up on service needs
• Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes for our sales team
• Stay organized, communicate clearly, and solve problems like a pro
• Be part of creating a team environment that’s positive, motivated, and fun

Requirements

• You love working with people and making their day a little easier

• You’re organized, reliable, and always willing to lend a hand
• You’re comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• You have customer service experience (insurance preferred but not required)
• You’re willing to get licensed if you aren’t already (we’ll help with that!)
