Responsibilities

• Quote and sell auto insurance to new and existing customers
• Review coverage and explain options clearly and professionally
• Follow up on warm leads provided by the agency
• Cross-sell home, renters, and life insurance when appropriate
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow compliance guidelines
• Provide excellent service before and after the sale

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (sales or customer service experience preferred)
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and building rapport
• Coachable, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Organized and able to follow a sales process
• Insurance license required (we will pay for licensing)
