We are seeking an experienced, licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative with experience who is ready to take their career to the next level. This opportunity is ideal for a top-performing service professional who enjoys helping clients, solving problems, and being part of a high-performing agency team.

Responsibilities

• Service and support existing client accounts, including policy changes, coverage questions, and renewals
• Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong, long-term client relationships
• Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
• Provide a positive customer experience

Requirements

• Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License is preferred license
