• The Insurance Sales Professional at The McMahan Group, Inc. is responsible for growing the book of business through new client sales and maintaining and retaining relationships with existing customers.
• As a licensed sales professional, you'll learn the business inside and out. You'll help grow an Allstate agency and build relationships in your community.

Responsibilities

• Call, prospect, qualify, and sell auto & home insurance policies to new and existing clients in person, online, by phone, and through written communication
• Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support. Anticipate, respond to, and follow up on all existing client needs
• Actively call and solicit policy bundles to existing clients as well as network for new clients, including win backs
• You can earn more based on your sales performance

Requirements

• Willing to obtain Virginia Property and Casualty License
• Prior sales experience preferred, not required
• Ability to put in the effort to succeed and work well in team office environment
