- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Property & Casualty Licensed
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Texas insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
