• As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• - Support customers through various communication channels including phone, email and in person
• - Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism
• - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• - Provide information about products and services
• - Post purchase review with client
• - Renewal calls and Policy changes
• - Assist with office tasks as needed
• - Identify and act on cross sell opportunities within the current book of business on a proactive basis

Requirements

• -Must carry Personal Lines Insurance License
• - Excellent Communication/ interpersonal skills to interact with customers professionally (in person and remotely)
• - Bilingual in Spanish - good verbal and written is a requirement of the position.
• - Updates all client data and client notes on computer CRM system daily
• - Experience in the insurance field for two or more years is ideal
• - P&C Insurance License or Personal Lines Insurance License (Ideal, not required)
• - Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• - Ability to analyze and solve customer problems effectively
• - Be able to work a full work week of 40 hours in office - our office hours are 8:30am-5:00pm in Santa Ana.
