- We apply advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, AR/VR, Cloud Native and Quantum Physics to solve our customers’ missions in cyber, RF, undersea, interstellar and everything in between.
- Utilizing your mechanical and/or electrical aptitude, you’ll perform a variety of systems integration equipment and/or process operations involving an application of technical skills. The Senior Manufacturing Operations Technician interprets engineering drawings and diagrams, notifies appropriate personnel for changes needed to the engineering configuration database and maintains/revises manufacturing work instructions in electronic instruction and reporting systems.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required plus a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Applicants selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
- An Associate’s degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance functions on manufacturing equipment
- General subject matter expertise (SME) for the Roosevelt Manufacturing Center circuit card assembly
- Creative thinking with the ability to multi-task
- Self driven and motivated to make process improvements improving efficiency and quality
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success
- Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation
- Experience with selective solder process and programming, prefer Kurtz Ersa knowledge
- Experience with board routing and 3 axis programmable machines
- Knowledge with circuit board gluing process
- Knowledge and theory behind circuit card board washing
- Ability to use a bill of material, drawings and read component data-sheets to optimize processes
- Creating process documentation and ability to implement process changes to operators
