- CamaPlan is a self-directed IRA/401k administrator focused on educating clients and partners about investing in alternative assets through qualified retirement plans. The Administrative Assistant and Receptionist is an entry-level position with room to advance in our fast-growing financial services company. We will train the right person.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients
- Answer incoming calls
- Open, sort and distribute daily mail
- Assist the Operations Team in retirement account administration
Requirements
- Ideal candidate is energetic, confident, organized and outgoing
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and relationship-building skills
- Multi-tasking skills required
- Admin/Office experience a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office a plus
