• Mind Healing & Wellness Center is seeking a creative, energetic and results-driven Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator to help expand awareness of our services, strengthen community partnerships and increase patient referrals.
• This is a hands-on position combining social media and digital marketing with community outreach and relationship development.
• The ideal candidate is comfortable creating engaging social media content while also representing the organization in the community, developing professional relationships and identifying new opportunities for collaboration and referrals.
• We are looking for more than someone who can post on social media.
• The successful candidate should understand how to use social media, digital marketing, community outreach and professional relationships together to generate measurable growth.
• This person should be comfortable getting out into the community, meeting referral partners, representing Mind Healing & Wellness Center professionally and developing long-term relationships while also maintaining a strong and engaging online presence.
• Success in this position will be measured not simply by the number of posts or events completed, but by increased visibility, stronger referral relationships, qualified patient inquiries and growth in referrals to the practice.

Responsibilities

• Social Media & Digital Marketing
• Develop and manage the organization's social media presence.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other appropriate channels.
• Develop social media campaigns promoting the organization's services, providers, locations and community activities.
• Create or coordinate graphics, short-form video, educational content and other digital materials.
• Monitor comments, messages, engagement and online reputation and escalate clinical or sensitive communications appropriately.
• Develop a consistent content calendar.
• Track social media performance, engagement and growth.
• Assist with website updates and service-specific content.
• Support SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Assist with email campaigns, newsletters and digital advertising.
• Ensure marketing materials appropriately protect patient privacy and comply with HIPAA and healthcare marketing standards.
• Community Outreach & Referral Development
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare and community referral partners.
• Conduct outreach to primary care practices, hospitals, behavioral health programs, therapists, schools, colleges, community organizations and other potential referral sources.
• Develop relationships with inpatient, PHP, IOP, residential, substance-use and other behavioral health programs.
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, in-services and informational sessions with potential referral partners.
• Represent Mind Healing & Wellness Center at community events, health fairs, networking events and professional meetings.
• Identify organizations with which MHWC can develop mutually beneficial referral and care-coordination relationships.
• Maintain regular contact with established referral partners rather than relying solely on one-time outreach.
• Assist with marketing new programs, services and locations.
• Develop outreach materials, brochures, presentations and other collateral.
• Coordinate community events and organizational participation in local initiatives.
• Tracking & Performance
• Maintain an organized database of referral sources and outreach activities.
• Track where new patient referrals originate.
• Monitor referral volume and identify high-performing referral relationships.
• Track inquiries generated through digital marketing and social media.
• Provide regular reports to leadership regarding marketing activities and measurable results.
• Help measure conversion from inquiry/referral to scheduled new patient.
• Recommend changes to marketing and outreach strategies based on results.

Requirements

• Demonstrated professional social media marketing experience is required.
• Experience creating and managing content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and/or similar platforms.
• Experience developing social media content calendars and campaigns.
• Strong written communication and content-creation skills.
• Comfortable representing an organization professionally in the community.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently organize outreach activities and consistently follow up with contacts.
• Experience tracking marketing results and using data to evaluate performance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Healthcare or behavioral health marketing experience.
• Community outreach, healthcare business development or referral-development experience.
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
• Experience with Google Business Profile, basic SEO, website content and digital advertising.
• Experience creating and editing short-form video content.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare privacy requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations or a related field.
