Overview
Greet and assist walk-in and scheduled showroom customers by identifying needs and guiding product selection. Provide customers accurate product knowledge, including features, benefits, pricing, and availability. Support senior sales staff with quotes, follow-ups, and customer communications.
Responsibilities

- Support lead generation efforts through outbound calls, email follow-up, and customer engagement
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with order entry, quote preparation, and ensuring completeness of sales documentation
- Assists in maintaining showroom appearance, product displays, samples, and sales materials.
- Provide administrative support for showroom and sales rep needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational skills and professional telephone skills.
- Customer service or retail experience.
- Organizational, time management and customer service skills.
- Regular attendance is required.
