• Walker Sands is one of the fastest-growing integrated B2B marketing agencies in the world. We are looking for a high-impact Sr. Copywriter to help fuel that continued growth. Total compensation for this role is expected to be between $72,500 – $75,000 per year.
• Walker Sands is looking for a talented Sr. Copywriter to join our team. Senior Copywriters at Walker Sands are conceptual writers who shape campaign platforms, brand narratives, and messaging across integrated programs. They partner with art directors and designers to turn insights into clear, differentiated, award‑winning ideas for leading B2B brands. Work spans campaign ideation, brand messaging, demand gen, and experiential tactics, with seamless cross‑disciplinary collaboration to drive real business impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with art directors and designers in the concurrent development of integrated campaign platforms
• Collaborate with strategists and creative directors to develop brand narratives, messaging territories, and campaign platforms
• Evaluate the quality of conceptual writing across all touchpoints in complex B2B buying journeys
• Translate complex B2B messaging into creatively compelling copy across all tactics in full-funnel campaign plans
• Assist in the creation of strategic messaging territories, brand narratives, and verbal frameworks
• Ensure the voice and tone are consistent, ownable, and adaptable across multiple audiences and personas
• Collaborate closely with art directors and designers throughout all the states of the creative process
• Assist creative directors in bringing campaigns to life across all tactics in full-funnel marketing plans
• Work seamlessly with social and content teams, sharing writing duties where needed
• Present ideas internally with passion, clarity, and confidence and participate in client presentation where needed
• Continuously strengthen your craft across conceptual thinking, copywriting, and emerging creative technologies
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and day-to-day guidance to copywriters and associate copywriters
• Actively seek and apply feedback to evaluate both individual contributions and team output
• Stay current on advertising trends, B2B marketing innovation and AI-enabled creative workflows

• Experience: 5+ years of agency copywriting experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of conceptual thinking, full-funnel copy writing expertise and award winning work
• Craft: Exceptional conceptual and copywriting craft across campaign, brand, and content formats
• Tools: High level of proficiency with AI platforms

Benefits

• Starting Salary: $72,500 – $75,000
• Base salary is only a part of the total rewards package. Placement on the salary scale will be determined by a variety of factors to ensure internal equity.
• Starting salaries are not inclusive of a full range of compensation for this role and are instead meant to reflect the expected beginning salary for a new hire. Merit-based increases can be earned after time in role.
