- MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.
Responsibilities
- Manages the internal business rhythm, organizational workflows, and master administrative controls within a Program Management Office.
- Authorize procedural standards for executive correspondence, validate information dissemination protocols, and implement process improvements to optimize administrative efficiency.
- Orchestrates administrative support operations for a large-scale logistics and sustainment program across the Pacific theater, ensuring seamless headquarters synchronization.
- Manage executive calendar synchronization, coordinate high-level meeting requirements, and direct the tracking of contract wide action items and milestones.
- Oversee the preparation, review, and routing of official program correspondence and deliverable notifications to Mission Partners to maintain operational readiness.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- 10+ years of position-relevant experience.
- Must hold an active Secret Clearance.
- Master’s degree in a related discipline.
- Experience supporting PMO operations for USSOCOM or USPACOM major commands.
- Expertise in managing executive-level military correspondence and action-item tracking systems.
- Professional certification in Project or Operations Management (e.g., PMP or CAPM).

- The projected compensation range for this position is $134,700.00-$239,600.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
