Job description

• MANTECH seeks a motivated, career customer-oriented RMF Cyber Security Analyst to join our team in St. Inigoes, MD. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technology and capability gaps, research, develop, and deploy software cyber solutions with focus on system accreditation
• Implement, upgrade, and monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information
• Assess system vulnerabilities and security risks, and propose and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Work with Risk Management Framework Team to ensure cyber controls are incorporated and associated policy documentation and records are updated

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science degree in a relevant Cyber field
• 3+ years of experience with DOD Risk Management Framework (RMF), cloud computing technologies, and policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures OR 7+ years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Security+ Certification
• Knowledge of continuous monitoring, cyber security risk management, and security control assessment
• Experience Microsoft Office and Google Tools
• U.S. Citizenship required and a current or active Secret security clearance
• Experience with managing the authorization status of DoD RMF from Step 1 through 6
• Experience with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), Ports, Protocols, and Services Matrix, Vulnerability (VRAM)

• The projected compensation range for this position is $83,300.00-$139,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
