Job description

• MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Combat Systems Analyst to join our team working in the Washington D.C. Navy Yard. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Aegis Readiness Major Program Manager/Deputy Major Program Manager (MPM/DMPM) in developing briefs to Senior Naval leadership on a wide variety of Aegis combat system fleet readiness issues with minimal oversight/guidance
• Attend high-level briefings and taking detailed notes for later briefings to the MPM/DMPM on fleet combat systems issues
• Maintain a schedule of upcoming combat systems fleet readiness related briefings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 3+ years of Navy fleet experience as a US Navy officer
• Experience communicating effectively with technical and non-technical staff as well as senior leadership.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active or current secret security clearance

• The projected compensation range for this position is $68,600.00-$114,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
