PRN Medical Assistant - Eagle Clinic at Valley View in Eagle, CO

Job description

• Join our Eagle Clinic team as a PCT/CNA/MA! Located in Eagle, CO
• PRN (as needed) position to cover staff vacations/time off.
• Bilingual-English/Spanish preferred!

Responsibilities

• Performs all clinical duties per licensed health care provider or delegation of a registered nurse, designated specifically by the clinic.
• Provides assistance to licensed health care providers and nursing staff for general patient assessments, rooming patients, procedures, treatments, filing/retrieving medical records, and general office clerical duties.
• Performs patient care tasks following clinic standards of care as defined in policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent, required.
• BLS through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date or obtained within 3 months.

• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Laboratory and/or X-ray experience preferred.
• Recent health care setting experience preferred.
