• The Assistant Community Manager supports the daily operations of the community while enhancing the resident experience through events, programs, and engagement initiatives. This role assists with homeowner communication, administrative functions, vendor coordination, and community standards, while planning and executing social, recreational, and lifestyle activities that foster a vibrant community atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Support daily community operations and resident relations.
• Assist with homeowner communications, records, and board meeting preparation.
• Coordinate vendors and community projects.
• Plan and execute resident events, activities, and recreational programs.
• Manage amenity reservations and promote community engagement.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents and board members.

Requirements

• Minimum two years in community management, hospitality, event planning, recreation, or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and occasional evening or weekend events.
