- Base pay is just the floor. Commission is where this gets interesting. Top performers earn significantly more, and BLW will teach you exactly how to get there during your fully paid 3-week training.

Responsibilities
- Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions
- Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection
- Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices
- Occasionally represent the brand at community events
- Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for
- Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts
- Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communicator, written and verbal
- Self-starter with a results-focused mindset
- Previous retail or sales experience
- Bilingual skills
- Hospitality background
- Familiarity with wireless products and services
