• Automotive Entry-Level Service Advisor

• As an Entry-Level Service Advisor with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are often the first and most consistent point of contact for our guests. You play an important role in creating a welcoming, trustworthy experience by assisting guests when they need help with their vehicle and supporting the service team throughout the day.
• This position is designed as a growth opportunity for someone eager to learn the automotive service industry. The primary responsibilities include safely picking up and delivering guests using our branded shuttle, answering incoming phone calls, and helping build strong guest relationships through friendly, professional communication. As experience and confidence grow, this role offers a clear path to developing into a Service Advisor, with hands-on exposure to guest communication, service processes, and shop operations. Responsibilities

• Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processes
• Check guests in and out
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Providing safe shuttle service for our valued guests in our branded vehicle
• Treating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian Brothers
• Assisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts, and other errands as needed
• Keep the facility clean and organized
• Assist other team members as needed with clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing paperwork
• Direct, coordinate, and participate in performing guest service activities as dictated by workload
• Serve as a community ambassador for the store through creating authentic relationships and partnerships
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proven successful customer service experience is required; driven to serve others
• Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or an Automotive Service Representative preferred
• Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff, vendors, and guests
• Valid state driver's license; Meet the required insurance driving record parameters
• Ability to seek and accept coaching and direction
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
