Overview
Ensure in-process mechanical quality compliance during all assembly stages as per approved process flow and quality plans. Verify mechanical assemblies, structures, enclosures, busbars, and panel accessories against approved drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Ensure in-process mechanical quality compliance during all assembly stages as per approved process flow and quality plans.
- Verify mechanical assemblies, structures, enclosures, busbars, and panel accessories against approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor fabrication and assembly operations for adherence to dimensional tolerances, fitment standards, and design requirements.
- Conduct and oversee mechanical inspections including dimensional verification, structural integrity checks, and IP protection compliance.
- Perform clearance and creepage inspections to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Verify mechanical interlock systems for correct operation and safety compliance.
- Carry out torque verification at all mechanical joints and bolted connections.
- Oversee final quality verification and pre-packing/dispatch inspection.
