Responsibilities
- This role focuses primarily on reconciliation and basic accounting activities, with occasional physical requirements such as lifting and extended periods of standing.
- The successful candidate(s) will work under the supervision of a Manager or Lead and is expected to consistently meet established productivity, quality, attendance, and punctuality standards.
- Receive, review, and validate incoming work packages from Financial Centers and ATM channels delivered daily via UPS
- Perform basic accounting functions, including general ledger balancing and reconciliation
- Conduct timely research and resolution of transaction exceptions and internal inquiries
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to strict processing deadlines
Requirements
- Proficient in 10-key entry with basic accounting and balancing skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
