- This role is part of the Technology Services division, focusing on Application Managed Services. The position involves supporting SAP HCM On-Premises Payroll and Time Management configurations based on business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support SAP HCM On-Premises Payroll and Time Management configuration based on business requirements, with strong hands-on experience in PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas.
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with business and IS partners.
- Assist in preparing functional design documents (FDDs), test plans, and test execution for configuration and change requests.
- Collaborate with the team during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help resolve functional defects.
- Participate in weekly status review calls with the client and internal teams to review progress of work.
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications for system enhancements and custom developments.
- Work closely with ABAP HR technical team and integration teams for enhancements.
- Adhere to project timelines, documentation standards, and change management processes.
Requirements
- SAP Time management / Payroll (Mexico) with 14 years of experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computers or above.
- Ability to work in the Eastern time zone.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry is an add-on.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Good communication skills.
- SAP HR Payroll certification (not mandatory, but nice to have).
