- We are seeking a Workday Solutions Engineer with strong expertise in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation to support, configure, enhance, and optimize Workday solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday HCM, compensation planning, business process configuration, and production support.
Responsibilities
- Provide L3 support and solution ownership for Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation.
- Configure and maintain Base Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and related Workday modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
- Design and implement compensation processes including merit, bonus, stock, and compensation planning.
- Configure and test Workday functional changes and enhancements.
- Support business process setup, testing, releases, and continuous improvements.
- Partner with HR, Compensation, Payroll, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Perform issue resolution, root cause analysis, and production support.
- Ensure platform stability, compliance, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Core HCM, Security, Payroll, Talent, and Integrations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Workday experience.

- Experience in Workday configuration and testing.
- Ability to facilitate requirement gathering sessions and solution design discussions.
- Experience supporting multiple clients in an AMS environment.
- Strong understanding of Workday best practices and compensation processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- 7+ years of Workday functional experience.
- At least 2 end-to-end Workday HCM implementations.
- Experience supporting 3–4 or more clients on Workday AMS engagements.
- Workday Advanced Compensation Certification.
- Workday Compensation Certification.
- Experience in end-to-end Workday HCM implementations.
- Experience with Annual Compensation Review (ACR) processes.
- Functional Lead experience on multiple Workday deployments.
- Experience working in global enterprise environments.
