• AI/ML Engineer
• Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid) | Duration: 6 Months
• Senior AI/ML Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML and GenAI solutions for smart building/mission-critical environments, while helping engineering teams adopt AI-driven development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML and GenAI solutions across cloud, edge, and on-prem environments.
• Develop LLM-powered applications such as AI copilots, alarm analysis, recommendations, and natural-language interfaces.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing products/platforms and build scalable production inference architectures.
• Monitor and improve model performance, accuracy, reliability, and production outcomes.
• Partner with Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions.
• Implement AI-assisted development tools for code generation, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.
• Establish AI engineering best practices, governance, and standards; mentor engineers and evaluate emerging AI technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 7+ years software engineering experience and 5+ years hands-on ML development/deployment.
• Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on Generative AI / LLM development and integration.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and production deployment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
