• Wishpond Technologies currently has the position of Sales Account Executive (Canada) available, and we’re excited to tell you about it !
• We’re searching for a laser-focused and driven Account Executive who loves closing deals. You’ll work with a high-energy remote team closing fast-paced, short-cycle digital marketing deals with SMBs. This is a high-volume, high-expectations sales environment where your ability to push for the close and win opportunities directly impacts your earning potential. If you’ve got the personality to connect with customers, the resilience to push deals to close, and the drive to perform with speed, we want to talk to you. This is not a position for someone who likes long sales cycles; this is for hunters who thrive on momentum, speed, and results. In collaboration with the Sales team and all departments, the Account Executive is responsible for the success of Wishpond Technologies Ltd.

Responsibilities

• • Prospect and close deals with SMB marketing decision makers. Your primary focus is on moving deals through the pipeline and getting signatures fast
• • Master the complete sales cycle from discovery to demo to close, with an emphasis on pushing hard through objections and sealing the deal
• • Meeting and exceeding your quota consistently by closing deals with speed and confidence
• • Connect authentically with customers; your personality and ability to build instant rapport are just as important as your closing skills
• • Keep your finger on the pulse of our product offerings and use them strategically to win deals
• • Be a brand representative who sells with confidence and authenticity
• • Working collaboratively with Account Management to ensure the successful onboarding of new customers
• • Weekly accountability for reporting activities, opportunity development and forecasting, data updates, and accuracy in the CRM system
• • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• • 1-3+ years of sales experience in any industry (we’ll teach you digital marketing, but we need someone who knows how to sell)
• • Proven ability to close deals and consistently hit or exceed sales targets
• • Basic understanding of digital marketing is helpful but not required. We’ll teach you our space
• • Great personality and charisma, you can connect with anyone and aren’t afraid to be yourself
• • Laser focused and driven, you’re not satisfied with “good enough”
• • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where you thrive on urgency and winning
• • Excellent communication skills, you know how to ask the right questions, listen, and articulate value
• • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
• • A degree or diploma that contributes to the organization or role is considered an asset
• • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset
