Responsibilities
- Cover open loads by sourcing and booking qualified carriers
- Make outbound carrier calls to secure capacity on active lanes
- Enter and update load information accurately in our TMS
- Communicate load status, ETAs, and issues to the dispatch team in real time
- Meet daily booking targets and contribute to shift coverage goals
Requirements
- Experience in freight brokerage, load coverage, or carrier sales preferred
- Strong phone presence and confidence making high-volume outbound calls
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and stay focused throughout a full shift
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Strong sense of urgency and execution mindset
- Have you worked in freight brokerage, carrier sales, or load coverage before? If so, what company and what was your day-to-day?
- On a busy day, roughly how many carrier calls were you making per shift?
- Freight coverage: 1 year (Required)
- 3PL: 1 year (Preferred)
