- 业务发展经理将作为中国区业务发展的关键骨干，直接支持并协助中国区业务发展负责人，负责对重点项目进行整体统筹、跨部门协调及执行推动。该角色需要与公司内外部关键利益相关方保持高效、专业的沟通与合作，同时具备敏锐的业务洞察力，持续识别并推动新的业务增长机会，确保项目从战略构想到落地实施的高质量执行。
Responsibilities
- 2.1 项目统筹与执行推动
- 负责重点业务发展项目的整体协调与管理，包括项目规划、里程碑设定、资源协调及进度跟踪
- 推动跨部门团队（如业务、财务、法务、研发等）的协同合作，确保项目高效执行并按计划落地
- 对项目风险、关键问题及决策事项进行识别、分析与跟进，能够及时汇报并提出解决方案
- 内外部沟通与利益相关方管理
- 作为业务发展项目的主要联络人之一，与内部管理层及相关职能团队保持顺畅而高效的沟通
- 与外部合作伙伴、客户、政府/央国企或相关机构建立并维护良好的合作关系，推动多方共识
- 在复杂的多方环境下，平衡不同利益相关方诉求，形成切实可行的合作方案
- 业务分析与机会识别
- 参与并支持中国区业务发展战略的研究、分析及制定
- 持续关注行业趋势、市场动态及竞争格局，识别潜在的业务增长机会和新业务模式
- 领导新业务/新项目的商业可行性分析、商业模式设计及财务测算
- 管理支持与专业输出
- 为业务发展负责人提供高质量的分析支持、管理汇报材料及决策建议
- 在项目沟通、对外展示及管理层汇报中，清晰、专业地传递业务逻辑和项目价值
- 根据需要，代表业务发展团队参与内外部会议、行业活动及业务磋商
Requirements
- 基本要求
- 本科及以上学历，商业、工程、经济、管理或相关专业背景
- 8 年以上相关工作经验，在业务发展、战略规划、项目管理、管理咨询、投资等领域有扎实经验
- 要求制造业经验，机械装备、电气、建筑类相关经验优先
- 具备统筹复杂项目、推动跨部门协作并实现落地的成功案例
- 核心能力
- 优秀的项目管理和执行推动能力，能够在多任务、多利益相关方环境下高效工作
- 出色的沟通与协调能力，能够与不同层级的内部团队及外部合作伙伴建立信任与合作关系
- 良好的商业敏感度和分析能力，能够结构化思考问题并提出可行建议
- 具备较强的主动性、责任感和结果导向，适应动态、多变的业务环境
- 语言与其他
- 流利的中英文书面及口头沟通能力
