In this omnichannel role, you’ll assist guests in person, over the phone, and across digital platforms to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Whether you're helping with orders, managing calls, or supporting store teams, you’ll use technology and service skills to represent Bob’s with integrity, enthusiasm, and care.
- This is a full-time, in-store position with required flexibility to work a retail schedule.

Responsibilities
- Assist guests in person, over the phone, and across digital platforms
- Help with orders, manage calls, support store teams
- Use technology and service skills to represent Bob’s with integrity, enthusiasm, and care
Requirements
