Brand Marketing Manager at Wellspring Worldwide in Remote (United States)

Job description

• Wellspring is looking for a skilled Brand Manager to join the team. Reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing, this role will be focused on coordinating and planning brand marketing projects within the team and partnering with product and growth marketing to surpass team objectives. This role encompasses all things brand marketing including but not limited to, project management, event planning and execution, sponsored event negotiations, logistics, campaign planning and execution, and budget management,

Responsibilities

• ● This is a high impact role that will help ensure campaigns, deliverables, event details and everything the brand marketing team is working on is clearly communicated and logistically managed.
• ● This will be a cross-functional role with interaction with in the three functions of marketing, brand, product, and growth as well as cross-functional across the sales and product teams.
• ● This role is a project and event management role reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing.
• ● We are looking for a candidate with strong organization skills, attention to detail and a passion for disruptive marketing.
• ● Work directly with the VP of Brand Marketing, content manager, and designers to design and implement key marketing campaigns.
• ● Perform competitive research to understand what’s happening in the market and incorporate your findings into each campaign for better results.
• ● Facilitate cross-functional communication among project stakeholders.
• ● Plan and strategize key sponsored events in the innovation management and intellectual property space and execute all logistics and details of sponsorships.
• ● Plan and strategize Wellspring’s annual hosted event, LEAP Innovation Summit including researching and finding venues, coordinating all details across cross-functional teams, and execute all logistics and details of the events.
• ● Manage the annual events budget and marketing team expenses.

Requirements

• ● Demonstrated experience in project and event management.
• ● Experience managing budgets and sponsorships.
• ● Experience interacting with cross-functional teams.
• ● Knowledge and passion for disruptive marketing.
• ● Soft skills like adaptability, clear communication, and attention to detail.
• BA or BS in marketing or related degree.
• ● Experience using Monday.com or a related project management software.
• ● Experience with HubSpot and marketing automation.
• ● Effective writing skills, emails, campaigns, promotional copy, website copy.
• ● Knowledge of the innovation management and/or intellectual property management space.
