• Title: ICT Project Manager

• Pay Range: $40-42/hr

Responsibilities

• What you will be doing as an IT Project Manager Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with Client's strategic objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring clear milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure flawless execution of projects.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure project costs remain within approved limits.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Lead regular project meetings, including status reviews, risk assessments, and post-mortems.
• Drive effective communication across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies to manage projects, depending on project needs.
• Ensure compliance with client's project management guidelines and governance.

Requirements

• What you will bring to the table as an IT Project Manager Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the telecommunications, IT, or technology industries with lean on Industry 4.0 Proven experience managing multiple, complex projects with high attention to detail and adherence to timelines Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management or equivalent work experience Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or PRINCE2 certification (optional).
• Must Haves: Azure DevOps experience (Epics, Workitems, child tickets etc.) for task and project tracking Hands-on experience with patching scheduling, updates and communication to stakeholders Platform / Infrastructure Migration Tooling Experience with compliance frameworks, automation tools, and dependency mapping in large-scale environments.
• Virtualization & Hypervisor Architecture management Expertise Understanding of hypervisor design, performance tuning, and workload optimization post-migration.
• Data Center / Cloud Hybrid Environments Proven ability to manage migrations across on-prem, hybrid, or cloud-based platforms without service disruption.
• Risk, Cutover & Timeline Management Under Vendor Constraints Technical leadership in accelerated migrations driven by external mandates (vendor exits, licensing changes).
