Responsibilities

• Individuals who are inspired by hands-on experimentation and basic science, i.e., Procedural work. Onboards to P&G systems and performs the basic and critical experimental work of day-to-day applied research. Work is predominantly execution/procedural oriented, e.g., in a lab, in a plant or pilot plant (internal or external), at a clinical site, with consumers, and/or on a computer. Assembles of samples/ prototypes, runs lab test routines, creates and updates specs based on standard information, executes changes of simple technical solutions. Possesses basic understanding of small and large scale, qualitative and quantitative consumer tests as well as standard technical tests following SOPs. Submits products for analytical testing. Utilizes P&G Systems: SMART, Desktop Reporter, and GAIMS. Support the product team to refine and prioritize the product backlog. Conduct customer and market research and document findings analytically.

Requirements

• Technical rigor to produce, review and document technical and consumer data points. High Proficiency and experience using computer tools (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer or Chrome). Desirable experience with P&G systems (Veeva, Nexus, MyLearning...) Experience in R&D products research for testing and documenting results: Experience with placement and execution of technical testing and sensory testing in a similar industry is a plus (Client or Pharma) Communicate unexpected results Execute with excellence – on time and quality unless conditions that may impact outcome are aligned with supervisor
• Desirable experience with P&G Experience in NEXUS, VEEVA and other P&G systems Experience in test designs is desired but not required. Experience in demo development is desired but not required.
