Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, compassionate experience for clients and their cats
• Serve as an important connection between clients and the veterinary medical team
• Help coordinate appointments and keep the hospital’s daily schedule running smoothly
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients in person and by phone
• Support efficient client check-in and check-out
• Help maintain accurate client and patient information
• Collaborate with teammates to support excellent patient care and client service
• Contribute to the positive, low-stress environment that sets Meadows Cat Hospital apart
