Job description

• Rinvio is hiring a Construction Robotics Field Lead for a travel-based full-time W-2 role supporting autonomous equipment deployments on construction and infrastructure projects across the United States.
• Pay: $115,000-$125,000/year, based on experience
• Location: Fort Worth, TX area; candidates should live within reasonable distance of a major airport
• Schedule: Travel-heavy field role with weekly travel to project sites; overnight work may be required by project needs
• Type: Full-Time W-2

Responsibilities

• - Lead field deployment of robotic and autonomous construction equipment on active jobsites
• - Operate, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain heavy equipment, sensors, electronics, and related field hardware
• - Coordinate with site teams, operators, field leadership, and technical support teams to keep deployments safe and productive
• - Support setup, calibration, adjustment, and field readiness of sensors, components, and equipment systems
• - Document equipment issues, reproduce field problems, communicate findings, and help improve deployment practices
• - Represent Rinvio professionally while working in changing construction jobsite conditions

Requirements

• - Construction, heavy equipment, machinery, field service, robotics, or autonomous equipment experience
• - 5+ years of hands-on experience repairing, maintaining, operating, or supporting heavy equipment or complex machinery preferred
• - Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort troubleshooting equipment, tools, sensors, electronics, and field hardware
• - Ability to communicate professionally with operators, construction teams, customers, and technical teams
• - Willingness to travel weekly and work in changing jobsite conditions
• - Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• - Welding, fabrication, soldering, hydraulics, electrical, GPS/machine control, or construction technology experience is a plus
