- Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a driven and professional Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a field-based role where you will meet directly with homeowners, perform roof inspections, and provide solutions built on trust, expertise, and customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality experience while representing a company known for integrity and long-term relationships.
- Our Sales Representatives are introduced to our Industry Leading Sales System, where you will be given all of the tools you need to succeed, and that includes your leads. We are seeking authentic individuals to help "Bring Peace of Mind" to our customers in our market location.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site roof inspections and assessments
- Meet with homeowners and present tailored solutions
- Guide customers through the sales process with clarity and professionalism
- Build trust through consistent and reliable customer service
- Manage appointments and follow up to ensure strong customer service outcomes
- Maintain a high level of communication and organization as a Sales Representative
Requirements
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field environment
