- We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Travel Customer Service Manager to help create a positive experience for clients throughout their travel planning journey. In this fully remote role, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact, helping answer questions, coordinate travel details, and ensure every client receives timely, attentive support.
- Working alongside experienced travel advisors, you'll assist with client communications, scheduling, reservation updates, and trip coordination while helping keep every booking organized and on track. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions and travel-related requests.
- Work alongside travel advisors to coordinate reservations and trip details.
- Assist with scheduling, confirmations, itinerary updates, and follow-up communications.
- Provide accurate information and timely support throughout the planning process.
- Maintain organized client records and booking documentation.
- Help ensure travel arrangements are accurate and ready before departure.
- Deliver professional, friendly service while creating a seamless client experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Confident using computers and learning new online systems.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, or travel is helpful but not required.
