Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach sales representatives
• Run training classes and workshops
• Lead weekly sales meetings and track team performance
• Drive quota achievement and accountability
• Conduct ride-alongs and provide in-field coaching
• Give regular feedback and performance reviews
• Build a positive, high-performing sales culture
• Help your team continuously improve their sales approach

Requirements

• Required: One-call close experience in exterior or interior remodeling sales
• 3+ years of sales experience
• 1+ year of sales management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
